Enabling Server Debugging in Oracle Internet Directory 10 g and 11g

In 10g, we could enable debugging either by using a debug option when we invoke the server or by setting orcldebugflag, which was in the root DSE.

In 11g, we cannot enable debugging by using debug options when we invoke the server. We enable debugging of the directory server by changing the attribute orcldebugflag, which is now in the instance-specific configuration entry, which has a DN of the form:
